Practise key steps on the sample case

The welcome page lets you try six core Casevoya tasks on Priya's fictional sample case, so you can learn the workflow before inviting real clients.

  1. 1

    Check the header

Confirm your firm name, the Trial chip with days left, and Your matters: 1. Search and New sit on the right.

  2. 2

    Read the welcome note

The note confirms this is an optional practice tour. Nothing you send from the sample case reaches a real person.

  3. 3

    Try the first three steps

In the first row, select Try it on Send an intake form, Send a service agreement, and Request and review an upload.

  4. 4

    Try the remaining steps

In the second row, select Try it on Schedule a reminder, Issue an invoice, and Export the file. The counter shows how many of the 6 are done.

  5. 5

    Publish terms, then invite

Publish your portal terms and privacy notice. Invite a real client stays unavailable until you do.

Screen by screen

Each frame comes from the walkthrough, with the part being explained outlined. Select a frame to play from that moment.

  1. 02Header

The header shows your firm, Northgate Demo Immigration, a Trial chip with 14 days left, and Your matters: 1. Search and New sit on the right.

  2. 03Welcome note

The welcome note explains that this is an optional practice tour. The sample case is fictional, so nothing you send from it reaches a real person.

  3. 04Practice card

The card invites you to try the six key steps on Priya's sample case. Priya is fictional. Your firm is live, so publish your portal terms and privacy notice for invited clients.

  4. 05First row

The first row covers Send an intake form, Send a service agreement, and Request and review an upload. Each card has a Try it link.

  5. 06Second row

The second row covers Schedule a reminder, Issue an invoice, and Export the file.

  6. 07Invite clients

When you are ready, publish your portal terms first, because Invite a real client requires them.

  7. 08Recap

So: check the header, read the welcome note, practise the six steps, and publish portal terms before inviting. Next: All matters.
